Field Policies & Requirements
Everything that affects your pay and your standing on the team. Read this before your first day in the field.

Pay & Doors
$1.00 per verified door, paid weekly.
- A door is not paid if it is fraudulent, duplicated, or not a genuine completed visit.
- A door is not paid if no GPS data was recorded for it.
- A door is not paid if your device's GPS/location services were off when it was logged
- A door is not paid if its GPS location falls outside the accepted distance from the assigned address.

Schedule & Production
Your window and what’s expected of you in it.
- Available 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily, including weekends, through November 3rd.
- Consistently meet the daily production quota set for your specific campaign by your team lead.
- Smartphone with active data required at all times in the field

Conduct & Eligibility
What LSCO expects of everyone on the team.
- Professional, respectful communication with residents, teammates, and staff at all times.
- Must pass a background check before being scheduled.
- Must be willing to travel when a campaign requires it.
- Drivers must have their own reliable transportation. Rental coverage is available for teams of 2+ consistently meeting quota.

Confidentiality & Non-Compete
Covered in full in your signed Contractor Agreement.
- Client, campaign, and resident data encountered in the field is confidential — do not share or use it outside your work for LSCO.
- Your agreement includes a non-compete/non-solicitation clause. Ask your recruiter whether it applies in your state before you sign.

Coaching, Door Reconciliation & Termination
The full list from your Contractor Agreement, Section 7.
- Occasionally falling short of daily quota
- Late arrival or early departure without notice
- Incomplete or sloppy data entry on the canvassing app
- First-time GPS/location discrepancy
- Minor professionalism or communication issues
- Fraudulent, duplicated, or fabricated doors
- Missing GPS data on submitted doors
- GPS/location services off at time of the knock
- Recorded location outside the accepted distance threshold from the assigned address
- Repeated failure to meet quota after coaching
- Pattern of fraudulent or falsified doors or data
- Harassment, threats, or unprofessional conduct toward residents, teammates, or staff
- Breach of confidentiality/NDA
- Failing or refusing the required background check
- No-call/no-show, or repeated unexcused absence
- Unsafe conduct in the field
- Working while impaired by alcohol or drugs
- Misrepresenting LSCO, its clients, or the campaign to residents
- Unauthorized subcontracting of the work to another person
- Violation of the confidentiality or non-compete terms of your agreement
